Two of the firm’s attorneys serve as professional neutral mediators. Thomas R. Duffy is available for mediations involving commercial and business matters, including partnership and corporate disputes and landlord-tenant matters. Mr. Duffy also serves as a court appointed mediator in the Monterey County Superior Court mediation program, and a mediator in the United States Bankruptcy Court Bankruptcy Dispute Resolution Panel. Debra G. Tipton is available for mediation for personal injury cases, commercial matters, lease disputes, and contract issues. Mrs. Tipton serves as a court-appointed mediator in the Monterey County Superior Court mediation program.
